I still have not received the package. Seeing the promotional videos, discounts, sales and the Instagram video of the issues the company has gone through and how they plan to improve is very disappointing as I’m still waiting for my package to be delivered. I even saw on Instagram the owner offering payment refunds if an order has not been shipped in 3 days or something. I’ve been waiting over two weeks and still have not received a confirmation order. I reached out over the website for further assistance and still have not received a response. All is good though. Would like to hopefully receive the package one day.

I tried to ask them over and over again where my order was but no response. It’s been almost a month and I have yet to get my order.

I never received any of my boxes and no one in customer service has answered any of my multiple emails. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from them again :-(

I have yet to revive my mystery box order of 8-10 items. I ordered when there was a promo of buy one get one free. This was ordered in September of 2023 along with other items. I got the other items and never received the mystery boxes. I’ve emailed them, and messaged and it was all automated stuff. Still never got an answer. I’ve opened a case up with the shipping and bank, still waiting. I get a notification of a delivery going to be made of said box. But it’s only one box, with no update of shipping or tracking from ups as of December 22. Even with the holiday you would think it would be here by now. Oh yeah the address I’ve tried updating as I don’t live at that residence but I’ve passed by multiple time just to see if it’s been delivered and no update.

First off I’ve never received my items before Christmas.. and I order back in September, my experience was trash and asked for my items multiple times and asked for refunds multiple times..

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I order 6 snack boxes that never arrived and were never shipped. I contacted the company multiple times, once actually getting a response that said they’d be shipping the next week. They didn’t. I requested a refund several times. No response. Eventually I had to contact my bank and dispute the charge. Either this business is a total scam or unfathomably incompetent. Either way, never buy anything from them.

Haven’t even received it yet, It took like 3 weeks for it to “ship”, but I didn’t even receive a tracking number, so it’s lost in transit or it really didn’t ship.

Well first of all i never received the items i paid for so i dont know what i am reviewing. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with this company to steal peoples har earned money and not even reply back to emails or to give you what you order. I recommend to never buy from this company.

My hopes were high when I made the purchase. After ordering from other exotic shops I wanted to give RareMunchiez a chance with the surprise box. It did take a while to ship and not 2-5 days as stated on the site. Once received unfortunately I was disappointed in the choices. I received a few individual packs of smashed Oreos, two chocolate bars that appeared as old chocolate once opened, one gummy Candy, grape Fanta soda tabs and a bag of Ketchup Lays.

Packaged took forever to ship out and reaching out to you was a challenge within itself. I honestly loved your content and loved to continue supporting it through purchase towards your business but I unfortunately had a bad experience with you

Horrible customer service, takes 2 months to receive orders, blatant lies stating 3 business days, placed order in August and still have not received, don’t buy from them!!!!

Nice little surprise pack. One of the bags of chips was slightly opened but still good.
