Honestly pretty disappointed in my purchase. Got the mystery box which can technically be anything, but felt like this year I got all the throwaway items that nobody wants. I got the same box last year and it was fire. If I order again I would have to handpick what I want.

I have been trying to contact RareMunchiez for over a month. It has been 2.5 months since I’ve placed my order and there is still no updated tracking and still has not been shipped. I have been asking for a refund but cannot get a response through chat, email, or tiktok. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Shipping took a few… paid for 2-5 day shipping, and took about 2 weeks to reach us. Granted, ordered right before Christmas… so no real complaints here. Everything in the box far exceeds what we thought we were getting!!! The chips are what were looking forward to the most! Thanks Rare Munchiez!

I love this business concept, but the execution needs serious work. The shipment took 3 weeks (not 2-5 days as advertised on the site), one of the items arrived opened, roughly half are expired and customer service is basically a generic bot that provided no useful help. Sorry to say, but it’s absolutely not worth the price.

It’s hilarious to me that I received an email for a review knowing my package has not even been shipped. A shipping label was created on January 1 once I sent a SECOND request to cancel and refund my order that had been ordered on December 5 for a Christmas gift my son had on his list this year. When I inquired about my order on the 17th, I was told it would be moved to top priority. Sure enough, Christmas came and went without a package at my door. 1 star is too high for what I think of this company. I will NEVER order from this place again. And I know this review will never be made public as I’m not the only one having issues. Too bad I did not know about this scam company BEFORE I had placed my order. Lesson learned.

The box took months to get thats no joke. Not a mth but mths. Then when I tried to call this place there was no number to call emails forget that I never got anything back from these people. The package well we still don't have it. Because I kept trying to change the delivery address and couldn't get anyone from the company to email, text, call , speak to whatever . We had a family emergency and had to travel out of state. Which we are still out of state. Very very disappointed in Rare munchies !!!!

I can’t give RareMunchiez a good review. On their website it states that it take approximately a week to ship. I have been in contact with them multiple times because it’s been well over a month with no communication on when the package will be shipped or when I will receive it. I’m thinking I’m not going to receive the package at all. Definitely will be trying to get a refund. Very disappointed.

I never received my order. It says it was fulfilled, there has been no tracking. I have tried to talk in the chat multiple times, no response. I emailed 2 different emails, no response. I sent a message on tik tok, no response. It has been over a month since I placed the order. I have ordered a lot of times before and had great experiences but I bought the mystery box and have not received it and cannot get in touch with anyone on where it is or to be refunded.

Hoping to support a small business, I will most likely never order from this company again. I ordered the combo box as a birthday gift hoping it would come in time for a loved one, however, it’s almost an entire month later and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve contacted the merchant several times and they take over a week just to respond. They didn’t even add any tracking information. The worse customer service.

It was good but I ordered the combo box that included 4 drinks, 4candies, and 4 chips but I only received 2 drinks, more candies, & 4 chips. I mainly chose this because of the 4 drinks in the description. I just think the wait was very long and it didn’t actually match up to what was described to be in the box.

Super excited to receive my first purchase from Rare munchies. After going through it i wasn't entirely disappointed but i was a bit let down. I was expecting to receive a different assortment of candy, some variety. Don't get me wrong it was great and all of it has been amazing and flavorful! I'm only sad because i didn't get any chocolate to try. The drinks were amazing! The chips were great, but i wanted chocolate in my order and didn't get any♂️
Hopefully my next order (After their restock happens) has more variety in it.
